Comment: There was a second install me first item that was added to this unit assembly instructions(drip shield)that was not initially clear which caused disassembly and then reassembly.

Comment: everything went smoothly. it arrived quicker than stated. it was packed nicely. I love my margaritaville. we used it several times to make margaritas and they are fabulous. just like the margaritas you get in a restaurant. maybe even better.

Comment: Original review: There was a missing part. I contacted you over a week ago. You did not respond. I re-contacted you a few days ago. Only now have I gotten a "acknowledgment of request." Bad customer service!Update: I have not received any further communication than the "Acknowledgment of Request" sent on 6/25/08. It is now 7/7/08

Comment: Have to agree with last review. Terrible service. told me item would be in within two weeks. called two weeks later they told me another two weeks. I called the manufacturer and they told me the item is never on back order. I called the distributor and she said she hadnt even recieved an order from Barbecues.com yet. She looked into it for me and got the order and sent it to the manufacturer immediately. It took me over a month to get this item and only because I took matters into my own hands. Do not do business with them.

Comment: Do not do business with this company. The sales staff chose to make a quick sale instead of giving accurate dates when the item would ship or whether or not it was in stock. When I tried to contact the Financial Recovery Specialist I was informed, ?yeah? she might not be in today.? When I tried to talk to a manager on 3 separate occasions I was told the she was in a meeting. I should have read the reviews and not done business with this company.

Comment: Credit card charged 2 days after purchase, but after two weeks go by... nothing! Email to customer service just results in a response stating that in 1 to 2 days theyll be telling me about the status of the order. After two days... nothing! If only they could provide feedback to their customers as quickly as they charge your card for the items they might be worthwhile to deal with. Ill go elsewhere, pay a bit more, but will at least get treated like a real customer.
