Rating: Comment: Even though they were a little higher priced, I felt that the description and the ease of use of their website and the testimonials that they had outweighed. Checkout was easy. I actually started to checkout through a different company who was $10.00 cheaper, but kept getting error messages and then decided to go with my gut and use PCNation and it was smooth sailing from there on out. |

Rating: Comment: Pretty good so far! And I have high hopes since this merchant has had very positive reviews.UPDATE: PCNation was great about sending out my order. They did a first-time customer call to me to ensure everything was ok. They even made a followup call to make sure that I had a doorman to accept the package before they sent it out. Arrived very fast, and I love my new laptop! |

Rating: Comment: It was deceiving that at the end of the order process, The merchant came with an additional $20 shipping charge for Sales Taxes. In addition as I have a Corporation, there should not be any sales taxes. |

Rating: Comment: I would not recommend this company. They offer free 3-day shipping with some purchases (which is one of the reasons I chose them), but they require a signature IN PERSON for receipt of the package, which was not readily apparent on their website. So you either have to be home or drive to the FedEx location to pick up the package yourself. After six days of waiting, I called to ask that they remove the "In-person" signature requirement and just let me sign the form left by the Fed-Ex guy. They refused, and said that I should have it shipped somewhere else. I will never order from them again. |
