Comment: When I received my Dvd Player I was very excited! Much to my dismay, I recently had to ship it back to Sony because it quit working! It froze up after 30 minutes and the battery went dead really quick! 5 hour battery.....yeah....whatever! My first and last time buying REFURB! UNSATISFIED FORMER CUSTOMER OF REFURBDEPOT.COM!

Comment: Terrible....terrible. Ill never be back. Advertised as "in stock" but wasnt. Never bothered to email and say so. When I emailed I received an estimated date of delivery when the next supply would be in. Then, I never heard from them again. All the while, it was still being advertised as "in stock" on the web site. Bad, bad experience. Would not trust again and will never attempt to buy from again AND will never encourage anyone else to buy from. They suck.

Comment: I dont know if it was human error or your check-out page. However, I had a very hard time checking out and wasnt pleased by having to re-enter informaitoin several times before the page accepted my order. I hope I havent ordered the same item 4 times.

Comment: My only concern is the delivery date of the purchase. Ground UPS usually completes its deliveries in three to four days, but it would have been to see that stated in some fassion.
