Comment: I have purchased from this merchant before, prices are good and they are very reputable. One time I had to return a new carpet steamer because a part was broken upon shipment, they immediately sent me a new one, I think I had it before they had the broken one.Before ordering, one needs to be aware of their stringent return,etc. policies.In general, a very good merchant to purchase from, very knowledgeable and honest, with excellent prices. When they allow for free shipping, they dont just crank up the price of the product to cover the shipping as some merchants do.

Comment: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I received my vacuum cleaner quickly, but I also ordered 3 extra packages of vacuum bags which were NOT in the large vacuum box. I assumed they were coming seperately in a small envelope. They never arrived. When I called VCDiscounter.com, they told me that they were in the box with the vacuum. I told them they were not. They then told me I had to contact them within 5 days of the shipment and that they wouldnt do anything. I told them I had been waiting for the bags. I will have to have the charge reversed on my credit card and purchase from someone else. Very unethical.

Comment: My definition of a good company is that they back the products they sell. This company sent my wife and I a vacuum cleaner that did not work "out of the box". They would not return my call. They did issue a return number via email but advised me that it will cost me quite a bit to return it. They?re charging a 10% restocking fee including shipping costs. All in total they are charging me approximately %20 of the original price to send it back. It seems a bit too risky to buy this type of product from this type of dealer. I actually drove 1 mile to find the same item for the same price. Actually, this is the first online dealer that I have had a problem with.

Comment: They sold an open-box item as a brand-new product. The vacuum was in a terrible condition in the box when received. Some parts were missing and the vacuum was useless. The seller replaced with a brand new item at their cost.

Comment: The vacuum I bought broke after the first 5 minutes...I took it to a Hoover Repair center up here is Wisconsin where it has been for 3 weeks now and nobody can tell me how much long it is going to take to get the parts. Calls to Hoover and the repair center do not help and the Vacuum Cleaner Discouner has ignored my emails....I would not recommend them for anything!
