Comment: Good experience overall. Product arrived as promised in acceptable time frame. Representatives called day after order attempting to sell additional items?this was a little irritating. Product broke after six days; seller arranged for item to be picked up, fixed and returned promptly. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

Comment: The ipod I was wanting was out of stock, but it was out of stock everywhere. I received the answer as to when it would be delivered with free engraving so that part was nice.

Comment: In comparison of prices with other on-line stores the costs were better here. I ended up canceling my order, they wanted another address that I was unable to give them, but they did not request it until I CALLED THEM! Very very poor customer service, had to call, internationally, 3 times before I could even cancel the order. I will never buy from them again nor recommend them!!!
