Comment: I qualified for shipping reimbursement but the process is cumbersome and was unclear at first. Why not just give me free shipping right off the bat. Make it simple. I would not order anything again because of this process I must go through to be reimbursed for shipping. I am waiting right now for an email telling me you received my form and copy of receipts. If I dont receive a confirmation email, I will have no way of knowing if you received it. Amazon is so much easier. I can see what is going on by looking at my account. Can I do that with you?
