Comment: I placed an order for a Nuvi 880 on 11/28/08. AT that time, I was that the product was backordered with ABT by 2-7 days. The following day, I got an email from the merchant that it would now take 14 days for them to get the item to their warehouse, although, they offered to replace it for another product in stock. I dont think this is fair because they are not abiding with what is in the purchase order that they agreed upon. I could have made a different choice, should they have made me known that itll take that long to get the item. Although, its just barely 2 days since I placed my order, I am hoping that they would still stick with the original time frame in the P.O. through this channel. Should that happen, I dont see any reason not to give them more business in the future.

Comment: This merchant insists that a new customer create an account with a password. I find this annoying at best; I just want to order something, have it delivered, and then NEVER DO ANYTHING ELSE or, even better, delete everything you know about me. I do not like my name, address, phone number and CC info sitting on some servier in cyber space forever.If I want the same thing or something else from this vendor, I will find them via a web search, which is how I start every shopping exercise.
