Comment: order placed on Sept.30. received confirmation same day. then no update for 2 days, so called Oct.2, been told order will go out the same day, check the status the next day, nothing changed, so called again, and now the same lady tell me its out of stock. and tell me its going to refund me the charge. they charged my credit card without checking their stuff first, and for the cancellation, no email, nothing, called back and telling their system is done now, cant check my order any more. and told me just wait for my refund. that girl seems donot care at all. very poor customer service, never do bussiness with them again. totally waste of time
