Rating: Comment: The first time I purchased this PM900-M4 it was a non functional board. Directron took it back and had a new board to me within 2 days of recieving my RMA board. Excellent way to keep customers coming back even in unfortunate situations. |

Rating: Comment: The purchase process was very good. However the unit I received was physically defective in that the notebooks keyboard was loose on the right edge. And it is a defect that the manufacturer Ausu supposedly addressed in July. I waited for reports to come out saying that it had been addressed before purchasing. I got an RMA from them and sent it back less than a week after I received it. Without contacting me by email, phone or mail they issued a credit to my card and charged me a 20% restocking fee. That is despite the fact that it is an acknowledged defect in the product line and I got one of the defective units. There is no way the unit was physically tested and the loose keyboard not detected and yet they charged me a 20% restocking fee on a unit I wanted exchanged not returned. That is not right. I bought an Acer Aspire One from Best Buy and like it. Its not as big as the Asus but it is big enough for me to use comfortably and the keyboard is anchored right. |

Rating: Comment: Wow!I ordered a power supply from Directron late on Friday afternoon. It was almost 4:00 pm here, and almost 3:00 pm there. I figured that my order would be processed on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a shipping notice and UPS tracking number 4 hours later!I had become unhappy with the merchant with whom I previously did the bulk of my computer hardware business. I think that I have found a much better one in Directron! |
