Comment: I wanted to make you aware that I?ve just had a lousy experience while trying to order from your site and then calling the sales number.I?ve ordered from your site before and was happy with the experience. So, I came back this time to purchase more software (at least $1200 worth of products). When trying to order via your site, it threw an error each time. Being in the web business, I understand those things happen sometimes, so I called the toll free number.I had to wade through your menu. Once I reached a sales person, he was absurdly rude. He interrupted me multiple times, had an abrupt and rude tone, and was generally a jerk. If he worked for me, we would be having a serious customer service discussion right now?I?m generally easy to get along with, so the fact that I?m taking the time to write you shows how disgusted I am with this horrible customer service. I?m trying to purchase from your business?and I?m being treated in a lousy way.I?ll try one more time. If I receive the same kind of service, I won?t be buying anything from your company ever again. I?ll pay more before I go through this experience again.

Comment: So far it seems like a good company. If all works well I will be back for other software. Thank you.The Package was adequate enough to protect it. Good thing because it was bent, crushed and torn when recieved. The software wasnt the easiest to install, not a reflection of BCS but more of Norton. I would definatley purchase from BCS again. Thanks.
