Rating: Comment: I ordered a "Full retail Adobe Creative Suite 3 Super AE Bundle." I should have know the price was too good. What I received had no retail box (as in the product image on their web page) and the software inside was an education bundle. THEIR SITES POLICY PAGE SAYS THEY DONT SELL EDUCATION BUNDLES. ITS NOT TRUE. I LEARNED THE HARD WAY THAT "AE" MEANS EDUCATION.I asked for a refund since they wanted another fivehundred bucks to send me what I had thought Id ordered. Shockingly, I got a refund -- although it took them over a week after they received the returned software to process the refund. The refund was for $449US, the price before taxes and shipping etc, whereas I had paid $531.57. Not to mention, since I am in Canada, I know have to beg our Customs Agency to give me back the hundred bucks I paid in duty to receive the software in the first place.Signed, Burned by Buy Cheap Software/Softman Products |
