Comment: I live in Italy and can not imagine how I could buy as many DVDs as I do without Second Spin. I have been a customer for more then 2 years now and am very satisfied.Customer service is impeccable, whatever problem might occur its sorted out quickly,kindly and professionally. Packages arrive in 15/20 days. All the items are double checked and perfect, even the cover.They are by far the best of all.

Comment: Ive been ordering from Second Spin for a couple years now, I cant imagine how many Cds, Dvds, and Vhs cassettes Ive purchased by now and Ive never been disappointed by Second Spin. I reccommend this website to everyone I know who likes music or movies.

Comment: On 3/13/2005 I placed an order to trade in 64 cds which the site offered me $178 for. I promptly shipped the CDs the following business at the cost of $9. On 3/30/2005 I received an email stating my entire order was rejected because the CDs were "promotional" and that they will be returned to me. None of the CDs are marked promotional, or bear any reason to think they were promotional materials and I have the original receipt for the CDs that I purchased at another retail music CD site.

Comment: Have ordered twice - first time had gotten some VERY beat merchandise. This (the 2nd time) was much better, items were "like new". Good place to try and find out of print stuff.

Comment: I ordered a CD on the 17th of July, and did expedited mail, for which I paid double the standard shipping rate, and its supposed to take (according to their website) 4-7 days. The CD still wasnt delivered by the 24th, 7 days later, and upon calling they said that even though they only say 4-7 days, it can take up to 2 weeks for expedited mail. And they hung up on me. I think this is a case of deliberate lying to get customers to pay more for service they wont get.
