Comment: I ordered patio furniture - listed as "in stock" and have received nothing in over 5 months. It took 2 inquiries to get a status update - the "warehouse made a mistake" and I was twice given ship dates on the now backordered furniture. I finally had to cancel the order to get my money back - the billing department, of course, took my $$$ as soon as I ordered. Aqua Superstore was never apologetic or attempted to fix the problem - all they did was take my money.

Comment: Two words: Stay Away. Horrible. Ordered 9/25/09 after sales rep confirmed both items in stock and ready to ship. He said theyd ship 9/29 at the absolute latest. Never recd order emails. Saw that my CC had been charged full amount. Followed up with same rep. Now he told me they are not in stock and wont be til 10/7. Of course, I immediately cancelled my order but who knows the charge would have likely occurred nearly two weeks before the products shipped. My opinion is that this is a very shady outfit and this is the rule not the exception. Just look around the internet to hear other stories as well as the Better Business Bureau history. Not good. And definately not worth saving a few bucks. I learned my lesson bigtime. Never trust an unknown vendor without researching them first.

Comment: Do not like the idea of having to pay shipping and then a handling fee. The "fee" should be included in price. Purchased because of $10 off coupon to offset shipping and fees.

Comment: on 12-22-08 I ordered a yard fountain and 2 weeks later when I received it it was nothing as pictured and less than half the size as stated. The one I was sent belonged on a desk it was so small- I could have bought it at the dollar store. Very dissapointed with customer service when I called to ask where my 400.00 dollar fountain was. I was on hold for over a half hour and got transfered 3 times! My credit card finally showed a refund over a week later and they refused to pay the shipping cost to ship the fountain I received back
