Comment: I was initially hesitant in buying an appliance on the internet but felt like I had to if I was going to get exactly what I wanted. The Big Box companies did not seem to offer alot of alternatives in chrome which is what I wanted. I also needed a size that fit exactly in my cabinet cut-out so as to avoid additional expense in redoing my cabinets. I had never ordered from Rainbow before but kept finding them using multiple different comparison websites. After going back and forth to several other websites, I decided to order a GE microwave oven and trim kit from Rainbow (primarily based on price). I actually bought the two items in two separate transactions. In both cases, shipping was very fast and the items arrived in great condition. I did alot of internet searching and Rainbow seemed to have some of the best deals that I could find. They also seemed to have the best selection of G.E products with accompanying product information that was very helpful in making my final decision. Their website showed me other items I may be interested in which was great for comparison. I would definitely recommend this Company and will use them again in the future.

Comment: I ordered the Electrolux Oxygen Vacuum Cleaner EL69880 on Saturday November 1, 2008 and it was delivered on Wednesday November 5, 2008 by UPS in perfect condition. I expected it to take much longer. Especially since there was no shipping charge. Typically no shipping charge means... 3 weeks delivery minimum. What a nice surprise that it arrived 4 days later including weekend days. Once I got the box open every piece was wrapped up safely to prevent any damage in shipment. After I put the vacuum together (which was really easy to figure out) I couldnt wait to use it. I vacuumed the whole apt in less than 30 minutes. And the carpet felt so soft afterwards. I knew I was in love once I stepped foot on the carpet with my bare feet... SO SOFT! This vacuum is everything you could ever want : powerful, quite, light, and attractive. But you know that already if you checked consumer reports. It was voted best canister style vacuum. Besides my mom swears by Electrolux because she used them 30 years ago and they were the best back then and still today. Im very happy with my purchase. Thank you Rainbow Appliance!

Comment: I bought a Panasonic Marine Case for my digital camera at Rainbow Appliance with the best price Ive found online. Once the Panasonic Marine Case was shipped to me, delivery was fast and without problems. The product matches all the description on their site, the package was carefully done so the item arrived in perfect condition. The only problem I had was in regards to out-of-stock situation. It was not clear on the site that the item was back-ordered at the time of the purchase. I called Customer Service and thats when I was told the item was not available at that moment. Other than that, things went fine and I would recommend this merchant to a friend.
