Comment: On my first order with this company shipment was held up because they called to discuss add ons. Called back several times with no answer. Finally left a message to ship the item or cancel the order. The order was shipped. It is a poor business practice.

Comment: The item said it had free shipping - but there was no code and when I checked out they added shipping. This ticks me off. Everything else was OK. But I may not order from Abes again because of their lying about the free shipping.

Comment: Too easy!!! Product works great and exceeded my expectations. Got a frustrating call the day after to confirm I was actually the true credit card holder but in hind sight it was a good move for them and me. I would certainly keep an eye on this vendors for future purchases.

Comment: Prices are good once you figure in lack of sales tax and shipping. The only thing I dont like is that they call to sell you additional stuff like Warranties.
