Comment: Be aware! Very bad seller. Who didnt process my order after 4 days. So when I called in, they just told me they cancelled my order because the item is not in stock any more. But when checking their website, they still selling the same item, but with doubled price.Never buy from the guy!

Comment: This was for a Hitachi TravelStar 7K100 hard drive. Product was purchased 4/11/08. Started getting errors late September. Attempted to contact Hitachi who told me this is an OEM drive and it has a 3 year warranty but i have to go to the people i purchased it from. Jesse at memory4less told me that they have a 30 day warranty gleefully refering to the fine print on the web site. I called back and talked to a young lady who said that she checked again and gave me an RMA #. I promptly sent in the drive and received it back with the box half destroyed with a sticker saying the receiver refused delivery because the drive was out of warranty. NOWHERE in the sales process did it mention that this was an OEM drive not warranted by the manufacturer. Dont be suckered by these people. They are dishonest and do not stand behind their products. Pitiful service.

Comment: Memory4Less was always a good merchant until now. They cancelled an order for PN P/N 19K4466 at $63.70, with the statement: "Your Order Ref # 1E1762 is cancelled due to part has been out of stock and we no longer carry in stock. Although we have made every attempt to get the merchandise, we have not been able to do so. Our distributor has given no ETA at this time. Therefore, we have to cancel your order. Sorry for this inconvenience."But theyll gladly accept an order for the same part at $186.25. Funny, that.Thank you for your order with usYour Order Reference#: 1E182AOrder Date: 10/5/2008 9:38:07 AM

Comment: Customer service is terrible. Check, double check, recheck and then make sure youre 100% positive before you order.I had to update my original entry to further express this is not a company to buy memory from, their customer service is the worst. They finally contacted me only to waste my time with slow repeated irrelevant questions, then told me it was my own fault for the error not theirs. They could not do anything to help me, after 3 days of emails.

Comment: While they have a very innovative system for ordering, that is about it. If there is a problem with your order, such as parts missing, they are not quick to respond to any request

Comment: I have filled up all eight Linux machines with Memory4Less512 meg ECC modules of Memory4Less SDRAM modules. The Memory4Less hardware is super easy to install, and I have yet to experience any kind of failure that originates in the Memory4Less RAM.If I ever need more reliable memory for my computers, Iwill be sure to remember how I was treated by Memory4Less.
