Comment: I have no overall complaints with the company besides the terrible condition the products I have ordered have arrived in. The first motherboard I ordered was DOA and the second was packed so half-assed that the southbridge heatsink was bent and the anti-static bag had been punctured in a number of places. Customer service representatives, however, are polite and capable of basic problem solving. Both times the product stretched to its longer time estimates for arrival. I will not be ordering from, nor speaking highly of, this company in the near future.

Comment: The price was just what I was looking for, and shipping charges were graduated for multiple items ordered. Example: one DVD-ROM shipped for about $8.00, while the four I ordered shipped for $10.69. This is not universal within the industry. Since I am just getting my computer-repair business off the ground, shipping costs figure heavy into my buying decisions. Thank you Hyper Microsystems!!!
