bedrested	Rating: 2 Comment: Do not use them. See other reviewers, and you will know why. This was my absolutely WORST experience I ever had for online shopping! What a nightmare. The website said that my item was in stock, but apparently, it wasnt. One of the customer representatives admitted that happens often on their website because they cannot keep their website up-to-date! They said that my order will be shipped in a few days but took me multiple angry phone calls (after long long hold every time)to receive my order over 20 days. The customer service did not know the status of my order because "it will be shipped directly from the manufacture and they cannot contact the manufacutre". Oh, whats worse, they charged my creadit card when I placed my order, and would not let me cancell it. I also wrote a e-mail to file a complain but, guess what, I never got a response.
