Using their site was frustrating because it was often slow & I kept getting error messages. The toll-free number on the site didnt work, but they did call immediately when I used the "live call" feature. I felt a little uneasy, but gave them a chance because their prices are good. My order arrived as ordered, and Id use them again.

I am always interested in older, worthwhile movies. So I gave your site a chance. It was easy to use for the most part. But it was very frustrating to browse a topic without a tite or actor; just to browse. Browsing was how I located the two movies I have ordered. The arrangement for browsing is more accessible on Amazon. But I found your setup workable; not just as helpful or easy to use.
