Comment: The major issue with datavis is after completing the order they do not send confirmation email.This is completely sucks if you close your browser after completing the payment process.Its happen to me after completing the payment i close the browser and i sure they must send me a confirmation email but its not.So i contact with their sale support email two time past week and they do not reply my both of emails.So i suggest to every one be careful from buying DataVis.Its support team totally unsatisfied.My rating for DataVis -5.

Comment: Purchase a Samsung bluetooth earpiece that was advertised to have a $30 rebate. Samsung is rejecting ALL rebates from DataVision because they werent authorized to offer the rebate. Called DataVision and their lackluster customer service didnt seem to care and put me on hold while I was still talking!

Comment: Really think they need to redesign their cart and checkout procedures. Found them to be somewhat vague and inflexible. Also, was denied by PayPal for the 90-day option for reasons I cannot fathom since I have impeccable credit. I realize this was not DataVisons fault but I wonder why it happened on their site since I have had a PayPal account virtually since its inception. I first used a credit card that had a billing address different than the shipping address. I do understand the security involved, but I was asked to change the shipping address which was out of the question and I could not just change the credit card. I ended up just cancelling the first order and reordering with another card.

Comment: Dont waste your time with Datavision. I was warned, but, sadly I did not listen. I bought a Samsung DVD player from them. It said on their website, "Brand New and Factory sealed". The unit arrived very quick. But it was marked "refurbished". I email their customer service for an RMA return number. The do not answer their phones. I did not receive a email response from customer service as to why they claim this is brand new, upon sending another email for the RMA return number, they never answered that email either. My experience is : "Completely unsatisfactory"

Comment: The website could use a little tweaking. I received multiple certificate errors when browsing the website and found out the I simply had to change http to https to get rid of the error. Shipping was surprisingly very quick and tech support wasnt as bad as people made it seem to be. Overall I am satisfied with dealing with DatVis.

Comment: My experience so far has been pretty negative.-After placing my order, I did not get a confirmation email recapping the transaction.-The user ID you give is impossible to copy down as it is just a series of numbers rather that a user ID created by the customer, therefore it should have been sent be email.-The contact page does not work.-I paid for express shipping and did not get a tracking number.-Even the email confirming that my order was shipped did not have a recap of the transaction.THIS IS POOR SERVICE ALL AROUNDIn addition, the delivery never arrived. It is on its way back to the shipper. Will not recommend to anyone.
