Comment: DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!!!Just like many buyers below, I have also received a wrong item. I ordered a 6 ft long cable but received 2 ft long. Emailed and called them but no response. No professionalism and poor customer service. They do not deserve to be up on pricegrabber.

Comment: Terrible experience. 1st order was never shipped until I called and e-mailed the company numerous times. Finally was shipped out 10 days later and I received the wrong product completely. Now, 21 days later I am still waiting for my correct product and it still hasnt shipped from them yet.Buyer beware: their website shows they are BBB accredited but after further investigation it was revoked on 6/2/08.

Comment: Wide range of shipping options is a great plus. I came to this site because one I had used before gave me only one shipping option - expensive.Unfortunately, had a problem with the shipping selected. It was 12 days and 2 phone calls before the shipping was completed. On the positive side, after the second call the shipment was sent overnight without an additional charge.
