Comment: Many companys had my hard drives (750GB PATA drives suitable for TIVO), but only the companys that wanted $200 each had any in stock. I thought I had to pay $400 for two drives.I had placed an order with another (large and well thought of) company but after 2 weeks, I found it on Allways Lowest. I did not expect much since many times small companies will try to get the order and hope they can have the stock fill the order later. This has happened to me in the past.. but not with Allways Lowest. I paid extra $6.00 for same day processing and they shipped it the same day! I did not know it since they forgot to send me the notice, but they did ship it. I know because I called them 3 days later to cancel.. but they sent me the missing notification, and I found it was out for delivery that same day!. When I got home from work it was there, and I then worried that it would be the wrong drive.. But the drives were perfect. New, factory wrapped and they work beautifully. best price by far.

Comment: So far so good. Lets see how they deliver and if it is factory original product. Product recieved was factory original. There was a problem in the intial charge to my credit card (my fault). I was given a number to contact to resolve. Several calls to the customer service number were NOT answered but transferred to voicemail. I ended up handling the situation via Email. No response to my email, just the product showing up 3 days later.

Comment: I ordered a projector at a great price from alwayslowest.com on Sunday. It was listed as "In stock and ready for shipment. Usually Ships Next Day." On Wednesday I checked the website again and saw that the price had doubled. On Thursday I talked to Customer Service and they said my item would ship as soon as my credit card was "verified". Friday I get an email telling me that my order has been cancelled because they are "Out of Stock". In fact they are still selling it on their website, as well as eight other similar projectors that are all listed as "In Stock". After persevering at customer service I eventually talk with a supervisor who tells me it is COMPANY POLICY to do exactly what happened in my case: advertise and confirm orders at low prices, then raise the price later and cancel orders put in at the lower price. He confided to me that people call to complain about this ALL THE TIME. Other pricegrabber reviews say the same. No money lost for me, but time wasted.

Comment: Still have not received the product. They are not "always lowest" so have a look around. I found things cheaper on amazon. The worst is the lack of communication. They do not tell you want is going on. I had to call them 3 times to see when it would be shipped. Each time they said today. Will cancel the order soon. I have ordered things via the internet for as long as it was possible and this is the worst service I have ever received.

Comment: This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. My order was shorted one part that they said shipped. I have placed two calls to them and was promised an update that never happened. I emailed customer service with a recorded call attached of there promises and never recieved a response. I am now on my third call and very highly doubt I will ever recieve my part from them.

Comment: I was a bit apprehensive about placing the order as I found some really bad feedback too about AlwaysLowest, but then I decided to give it a short myself and see how it goes with me.So far the experience has been good, I recvd an oder confirmation mail soon as I clicked confirm to my order online. It has details of everything I need to knw about my order and in case i need to contact them for status it has tht info too (both mail and contact nos.)Now, Ill wait for 3-4days to see how it goes and later provide another feedback about the overall experience.After some 7 days, ive recvd the order in perfect condition. The overall buying experience has been gr8 and id love to buy products from this site and would recommend friends too.
