Comment: The product arrived in good condition, though the packaging was simply the standard packaging from the factory. While the packaging displayed signs of wear, the product was apparently not affected.

Comment: So far it seems fine- good price and easy-to-use website.One problem was that they shipped a $60 item with a signature required. Perhaps I could have requested that they not do that somewhere on the website, but I didnt see it. As a consequence, it took several days until we finally received the produce. UPS called and said to expect it from 8 AM to 7 PM, but thats a pretty big window and we couldnt be home during that entire time.
