bkackerson	Rating: 2 Comment: Try calling their "customer service" number if you want to find out how efficient comparemaster is. Despite 8 phone calls, being placed on hold each time and transferred to another department that kept giving an automated message to call back during normal business hours (I was calling during normal business hours!), my order never was shipped. This is the worst internet order experience I have had in a long time.

lucyfournier	Rating: 4 Comment: I PLACED THE ORDERS ON OCTOBER 1ST, AND WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS AND NOBODY CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW.AFTER I CALL SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE TO PAID EXTRA FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING, AFTER THAT ITS ALMOST A MONTH AND I DIDNT RECEIVE THE ORDERS.

kcaird	Rating: 8 Comment: I appreciate the website, lots of easily accessible information. Both times I called and talked to representatives they were very friendly and helpful. This transaction was overall a very easy and pleasant experience. I had a difficult time tracking this package, and though I tried 3 times, I was never contacted back by the expedited shipping dept. at Comparemaster. Although the people on the phone were friendly and seemingly helpful, they never contacted me regarding shipping. I received the package a day later than the shipping I paid for.

I would prefer that they not hold onto the ship to information, however, as I purchase for many different people and ship to locations all over the country.
