Comment: I ordered a casablanca fan and controller from WAM. The arrived and were installed and did not work. I called casablanca and it turns out the fan and controller are not compatible. I called WAM as their website states there are compatible, but they would not help me at all. They said I could send the fan back to casablanca if I paid shipping and restocking fee plus the installation, de-installation, and re-installation costs, but WAM will not stand behind their website info or even update their web site to correct mistakes. If you buy from WAM be sure you know exactly what youre buying and be prepared to pay for any mistakes by either party, any miscommunication, or service issues.
