Comment: The stove purchased via Innovation Showroom arrived on time, but the item was damaged beyond use prior to being shipped. The company responded to my first email within a day, but did not respond to subsequent emails and calls requesting information on how to handle the return for a week plus, thereby delaying the completion of my kitchen rehab. Customer service at this company is shoddy at best, and despite the low prices, I would not order from, nor recommend them, in the future.

Comment: I was a bit nervous to order from this company -especially from the shakey reviews but I decided to take a plunge because HaierAmerica.com links a purchase option directly to this vendor from their website. Hey if the mother ship approves- then it gives me a little more peace of mind. Im very glad I did because the price I got my air conditioner for was a bargain moreover the shipping was reliable and very fast. I think this company deserves a chance! The website was a little buggy but I eventually checked out with Google Checkout. Thanks Innovation Showroom!
