Summary: Broke within 6 months and now does not work properly have not taken back to get new one or fix, don't want to waste my more money. I used my moms Dyson Animal and it was a million times better then this, she has had it for 2 years it works like a brand new vacuum. I recommend spending the money on something that will last a long time. These all brake quickly or don't suck as well as the Dysons. Especially if you have animals, dogs or cats.
