Strengths: It's pretty, if that's important.

Weaknesses: The thing caught fire and scorched the outside. I was on hold for quite a while with customer service, which said that they would look into it and maybe send me a refund.

Summary: Never again! It is not worth it to have the uncertainty that a replacement might also catch fire or prove defective, so I wanted a refund.

Summary: If you love melted cheese you will love this little toaster. I have been experimenting more with dishes because of the toaster and not having to heat up a whole oven. I wish it were digital.
