The Presto 16-inch Electric Skillet provides exceptional versatility. With its 16-inch-diameter cooking surface, the skillet can be used as a griddle for pancakes, French toast, and grilled sandwiches, or with the high-dome cover in place, it can bake a casserole, fry chicken, or cook a roast or a stew. The unit's heavy cast-aluminum warp-resistant base heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly, while its Control Master heat control maintains accurate cooking temperatures. The skillet's innovative EverNu cover won't dent, warp, peel, or bend, and the lid handle and side handles stay cool to the touch for safety. The appliance also supplies a nonstick surface, inside and out, to ensure effortless food release and easy cleaning. With the heat control removed, the immersible unit can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. The 1500-watt electric skillet measures 5-3/5 by 18 by 13-8/9 inches and carries a one-year limited warranty.
