Summary: My wife dropped & broke the glass door obviously causung this request as to where to find one. I love my oven & need it back working. Summary: I am glad I am not the only person who has experienced the door glass exploding. I received the Showtime from my late mother approximately 10 years ago. It was purchased from a Service Merchandise in Houston, Texas. Service Merchandise is no longer in business. I was washing dishes and the door glass exploded. I had previously used the showtime the day before just as I had many other times. I was and am still in shock from this and at a complete total loss as to what would have caused this! Every inch of the door glass was shattered into hundreds and hundreds of pieces and all over my kitchen, sink, dishes and the like. I like the product but am totally puzzled why the door glass exploded!

Summary: I got my showtime 3000 for christmas 2007 and use it at least twice a week. I love the way it cooks all meats leaving it moist and juicy.I have been looking to upgrade to the 4000 so i can cook larger quantities and have the rib basket until last night 2-26-2008 when i was cooking a roast and about 15 minutes into cooking my 3 year old grandson came to me and said "poppie when will it be ready" cause he loves the food that comes out of this machine. so I took him into the kitchen and looked at the roast through the glass door when it exploded sounding just like a shotgun going off sending chunck's of hot glass and the handles flying across my kitchen.Peices of hot glass landed on some paper plates melting them. luckly we were not hurt but if this is a problem it need to be known

Summary: I have a couple of the rotisseries and love them!! Have never had problem one with them--there is no better way to cook prime rib. It does take up quite a bit of counter space, but I just keep it in the pantry. Unit has no problem handling the 15lb turkey as advertised!!

Summary: Anyone who has this machine would have to wonder how the glass door could explode (previous review) other than if someone put an explosive in it. I cooked a 6 lb prime rib in it for x-mass and it was awesome, and it only took 1 hr and 50 mins.
