Summary: I was planning on buying a full size induction cooktop and wanted to try induction cooking before I bought a 4 burner unit. This unit sold me on induction cooking. Temperature comes up fast and when it reaches the desired temperature it maintains it. I cooked a couple of eggs over easy and it took about 2 minutes. They were perfect, not burned on the bottom as you would get with a conventional electric burner. I definitely would recommend this unit.
