Rating: Time with product: 15 Years Strengths: I have had a Presto Salad Shooter for over 15 years. It has the power to slice/shred anything. I love mine. The cylinders finally cracked but I feel I got my money's worth. Weaknesses: The cylinders cracked but they still worked. Summary: I would recommend this product to anyone. I first had a electric Presto Salad Shredder when they first came out and then they quit selling them. I then purchased an electric one. I have had this for over 15 years. I am buying another one. I love the ease of it. It is great with everything I have put through it. GREAT INVESTMENT. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Works great as a cheese shredder! Weaknesses: But when used as a cheese grater the motor wears out after a couple of years... Summary: Fast shipping and easy on line ordering. I agree with an earlier review; I would like to see a packing list with the order information and return policy for damage or incorrect shipping of merchandise |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Days Strengths: Does job very well. Weaknesses: Clean up is still a hassle. Summary: First saw at friend's house. Works very well on all types of vegetables, especially grating potatoes. I am trying to use it on all types of recipes, and as finding its use very inyuitive. Clean-up remains a hassle. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Compact and easy to clean Weaknesses: Cones tend to wear down over time Summary: This is my second salad shooter purchase. I use it all the time for shredding cheese and grating carrots and potatoes. It is small enough to fit in a drawer and everything can go in the top rack of the dishwasher to clean. The one drawback is that the plastic in the cones break down when being washed in the dishwasher and tend to crack. I could wash them all by hand but then it wouldn't be as convenient to own. Considering I got 5 plus years out of the other one and the price is fairly low I'll go with convenience. Highly recommend. |
