The Sanyo 5-Cup Micro-Computerized Digital Rice Cooker/Steamer offers multi use capabilities in a small and convenient package. With multi menu settings, it controls the temperature for easily preparing delicious rice dishes including white, mixed, rinse-free, or brown rice. The cooker's titanium-coated extra-thick nonstick inner pot with a round bottom delivers maximum heat distribution, optimal and even cooking, and effortless food release. This unit also provides a pre-soak function for setting additional soak time before cooking to ensure the perfect texture for your rice. It also has a reheat function that heats the rice as hot as it was initially cooked; and a keep-warm function to keep the rice warm immediately after cooking. Other highlights include a retractable cord, a carrying handle, and an LCD clock and 24 hour preset timer, which allows for cooking to be completed at a desired time. Accessories include a measuring cup, instruction manual, and a Martin Yan recipe booklet with 16 original recipes from the celebrated master chef. The cooker measures approximately 13" by 11.25" by 10" inches.
