epinionated1ga	Rating: 2 Time with product: 1 Days Strengths: When it works you only take the garbage out once per week. Weaknesses: 1)When it's not working it is a very expensive garbage can.2) Maytag's "customer no-service" is a disorganized mess and has no authority to really solve problems. Summary: Our Jenn-Air Model TC507B was purchased in November/December 2005. On August 24, 2006 (9-10 months later) the drive gear was replaced at a cost of $204.99 by Maytag Service,LLC. It started making the same noise and a "nut was tightened" on 9/05/2006. On December 22, 2006 the same noise reappeared and a service tech was called. On January 18, 2007 the service tech from A & E (a different Maytag authorized repair shop) is going to charge us $266.27 to replace THE SAME DRIVE GEAR. I called Maytag and was told nothing could be done as the replacement parts only had a 90 day warranty. After bouncing around for from supervisor to supervisor (at one point being told the parts are covered under and extended warranty - why wasn't this mentioned earlier?) I finally got cut off during one of the transfers. I am exasperated by the complete lack of product reliability and customer service.
