They returned my call while I was out & never tried again. I purchased this to use in my office for beverages for my customers. This unit will only cool down to 54 degrees, not really cold enough for canned beverages. This is a nice cooler but I probably wouldn't buy again just because I personally don't think it gets cold enough. There is a possibility this unit has something wrong with the cooling unit. If I get a response from Haier I will repost my review.
