Rating: Time with product: 5 Strengths: Have yet to find Weaknesses: Slow, difficult to set up w/ scanner, Slow, Slow Summary: I can't believe how a really good product can be ruined by newer versions. Used 8 and 9 for years, had some problems, but minor and fixable. Didn't pay attention to reviews when I decided to "upgrade" to a full version of PP 11 Professional. What an "upgrade". Opening up files that were scanned in PP 11 takes so long it is unbelievable. Have print issues using Brother MFC machines. Can't justify any of the additional "features" of PP 11 to the myriad of problems I've already had since loading. Oh, to go back to the days of yesteryear, like when I used PP 9 |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: NONE with Version 11 Weaknesses: Locks up constantly. Worthless Program - Buy Version 10 Summary: I have been using this product series since verion 6 and loved it up till upgrading to this version 11. I have even tried unloading version 11, and re-installing version 10 on one of our PC's, but this just caused more problems. I have to restart program 5-10 times a day, and even reboot system - and no, there is NOTHING wrong with my pc, or any other in our office. This program has cost me thousands $$$$$ in lost productivity in the last 2 years.I agree with prior posts. Still no patches or fixes, and I refuse to pay for a simple question: is any patch or upgrade on the way |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: design, scanning Weaknesses: Working with documents doesn't work 90% of the time. Summary: After two years I've stopped using his product and am looking for a replacement. Software freezes every time I try to manipulate a document and frequently when I try to read one. Technical support was useless. |

Rating: Time with product: 4 Months Strengths: Great only when it is not frozen! Weaknesses: Freezes up when sending pdf docs to outlook 2007 which is the main reason I bought it. Tech Support wants to charge me to fix their defective product. I don't think so! Summary: I strongly do not recommend this product. It freezes all the time especially when emailing pdf documents using Outlook 2007. Tech Support wants $20 to talk about it without a guarantee that they can fix it. I regret buying the product. Stick to the metal file cabinet until something better comes along or they fix the product and discontinue their rip off tech support policy! |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: NONE OBSERVED Weaknesses: Customer Support Summary: DON'T BUY IT!!If you're a computer professional like me you learn to judge a company by it's customer support as much as the product. This product may have started out with a good plan by the original designers but the newest company that bought the product is interested in making profit and cutting expenses.Customers are charge $10 for ASKING a question, a correct answer or actual help is not guaranteed. And yes, you will get a be speaking with someone from India that has never used the product. |
