With this chest freezer, defrosting is quick and easy thanks to it's defrost drain, sealed cabinet interior and heavy duty casters. A MaxFreeze switch for continuous compressor activity, yields temperatures as low as -25 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit is also NSF certified for food service applications and comes with a NSF certified thermometer. This unit has the most basic chest freezer functions and is perfectly suited for commercial or personal use.
