Strengths: Die-cast metal construction is very sturdy. Easy to put together and use. Reverse button helps unclog meat. Nice looking design.

Weaknesses: Food pusher design

Summary: I found this machine to be extremely easy to use. When I received it, I bought 20 pounds of meat (chicken, pork, and beef)and ground it up. The machine worked efficiently and did not clog or overheat. I was very pleased with the results. The food pusher, which houses some of the sausage making parts, is a clever idea. However, I find it difficult to store those items and then have to take them out every time I want to wash the food pusher (an extra step if I'm not using the sausage maker). I would definitely recommend this product -- it has a powerful motor and it feels like it has a strong, solid body!
