Strengths: The stove top heats up instantly and is easy to clean.Even tempatures in the oven for baking. Cooks food faster and better then a regular oven. Food taste GREAT :)

Summary: We have a Bosch Integra? 700 Series Electric Range model HEI7152 and We love it. It is one of the larges Capacity, 4.6 Cubic Feet Capacity.It is 30 inches wide Slide-in .. Ours fit in a regular range space. it is 25 5/8 wide. You do not see any gaps :)Since we have gotten it I have made buschetta and it only took 10 min compared to 20 min in our old range.I made my home made cookies and no burning on the bottom. ;) Each one came out perfect and looked the same size . My chicken and potatoes come out amazing. I cooked stake in 10 min yep ten min and it taste great.I made our second batch of tomato sauce. It was so easy with this glass smooth top. Who said you can't do canning on a smooth top.It is so easy to clean. They give you a sample cleaner and razor scraper.We made pizza and it tastes so good nice crispy crust.I made muffins and again they came out perfect. You cannot go wrong with this range. You select the temp and put on the timer and your a chef :)It has auto convection, so if put in some chicken at 400 and select Auto Convec Bake it will automatically set it to the right temperature. I don't have to figure out a thing. It also has two timers, and a clock. You can time two different things to end at different times. It also has an auto probe that is built in to the Range. When you do a turkey /chicken you put the probe in and it will tell you when the chicken/turkey is done and the stove will shut off by itself. You can also set it to come on and turn off when you want it to. I have not used this feature yet. (There is no guess work involved). On the smooth top it has this ribbon element that will heat up in 1-2 seconds , so you don't have to wait for it to get hot.. it is instant. If you select 9 it will immediately heat at 9.Settings are Auto Convect Bake, Convect Bake,Convect Broil, Convect Rost, Dehydrate, warming draw, Proofing , regular Bake , Broil ,Warm and Self clean.All the shelves are extended pull outs and one of them is an expandable pull out so it pulls out even more then the other racks. The oven gets really hot. This is were those expandable racks come in handy so you don't have to reach in the oven to get out your food. The Warming draw is amazing. I use it to keep my husbands food hot when he comes home from work we both work late hours.. I cook dinner and put it in the Warming draw and it taste just like it came out of the oven ,or of the stove it does not dry out anything. I love it. It took me a while to use it because, I was so used to heating up the food in the microwave but this is so much better. It stays nice and hot. You can take it out anytime and not have to reheat again.Oh did I mention the service is amazing.. We had a humming issue when the oven was cooling down. I called Bosch and they gave me a number to call in our area.. well when I called, the company service person was at our home in 10 min after I placed the call.. He fixed the humming noise and we are very happy. I forgot to mention it cuts the time in half because it gets really hot. It is perfect for us ,since we don?t have all day to watch the stove The Bosch is very easy to use their are no button to push. It is touch sensor and a turn dial , at first I thought it would be weird to use.. but it is so simple I was told by the sales person that GE has lot of buttons covered by plastic that the words may eventually ware off or the plastic get torn.With the Bosch integra it is touch censored on glass. To turn the oven on you touch the word Temperature, not press a button , There are no buttons. It cooks great and I would also recommend it to anyone. It cooks evenly everything comes out suburb no more burnt cookie bottoms :)We were going to go with the Ge trivection, but I am so happy we got the Bosch, cooking has never been so much fun.
