Summary: It is a good cheat product but it does not last very long, and it does not have a lot of my games codes, and it some times messes up your game to where you have to restart your game.

Summary: I bought this Action Replay for my kids and they loved it. Now they can use these cheat codes to help them get through difficult levels rather than getting frustrated. I have not try updating the codes yet.

Strengths: Easy to use, preloaded with tons of codes, capable of adding more through internet download

Weaknesses: Only works for PC

Summary: I bought this mainly for the DS Pokemon games. However, it also works with all of the few other games we have. The download process is straight forward, although at this time only works on PCs. You can also manually add codes. For a $20 gadget, it is definitely worth the price!

Weaknesses: Slightly steep learning curve, requires PC (not Mac) connection

Summary: The Action Replay Max is a device that allows use of cheat codes in DS games that are not part of the original game. The AR Max comes with preloaded codes, but newer games will require updates from the internet. The AR Max connections via an included USB cable and comes with the necessary software, but the instructions are pretty unclear. After a little trial and error, it's very easy to use, but at first the interface is somewhat confusing. Also, it is currently incompatable with Mac computers, restricting it's use to only those codes that come preloaded.

Summary: This gives cheat codes for all DS games.Helps you beat hard games and advance to higher levels.You can unlock all levels for games which you cannot do without. Easy to set up and use. You can also download additional cheat codes.You can change sizes of characters which helps you advance to higher levels. A 7 year old can fiuure this out by himself.
