Strengths: Removable tank, retractable cord, works great!

Summary: I love this iron! I bought this iron because of high review rating and I really happy I did it. I had before cheap iron and it made me crazy, then I bought another one from Macy's (it was on sale) which was even worse than previous. So I returned it and ordered Stainless Steel CordReel Steam Iron NIC78SR on the internet, as I said, based on a review rating. Finally I have iron that really works and worths money I paid for it!!!

Strengths: Retractable cord, removable water tank

Weaknesses: None I can see!

Summary: This is a great iron, the retractable cord is a real convenience. So is the removable water tank- no more need to carry water to the iron and spill it all over the place while trying to fill the chamber! Plus the iron performs well. Maybe now I'll iron more often :-)

Summary: I have always been a Panasonics electronics fan, including TV's, telephone system, rice cooker, thermal pot etc because of their reputation of reliability and quality.This iron is no exception and I have been quite pleased with the performance. Steam function better than my older Sunbeam cordreel steam iron.Only concern is the removable water container which I suppose was designed for convenience, and maybe safety. Would wonder how well the seal would hold out after many operations of removal and reattachment. I am just refilling the iron the same way with a spouted water container without removal of the water container, like how I used to fill my other steam iron.
