Rating: Time with product: 2 Months Strengths: very quiet, spins clothes very dry Weaknesses: documentation Summary: My wife and I purchased this washer a couple of months ago when our other washer died. So far, we have found it be a very good washer and quite an upgrade from our old top loader. The machine is remarkably quiet and it's hard to know when it's on. Granted, it is in our cellar and although I have read about it shaking people's houses, it is not a problem given it's location in our house. The only negative I have to say is the manual that came with the washer could be more complete. We had an instance where we had a very small article get lodged in the trap in the front right bottom of the washer. My wife called customer service and they did not seem to know what the error code (E13) represented. It also was not documented in the troubleshooting section of the manual. My wife google'd the error code and I applied the advice to fix our washer. By the way, if you wash very small articles such as small washcloths, it is best to put them in a laundry bag before washing them. |

Rating: Time with product: 4 Days Strengths: Saves approx $150 in water & electricity per year! Clothes smell cleaner. Control panel is very easy to use once you read the manual. Stainless steel drum is great and very quiet. Weaknesses: I can't think of anything that I have not liked. Summary: When I went out shopping for a washer, I did NOT want to spend a lot of money!! I went to HHGregg to get a GE with a stainless steel drum. Once I got there I took a peek in their clearance area. Unfortunately, I only found the Bosch dryer, which I wasn't even looking for, at the astonishing price of $320. While the salesman was getting me a price on the GE, I decided to take another look in the clearance area. I found the Bosch washer for $620!! I was already aware of the high quality of Bosch products, but certainly did not think I could afford a set, but at the "open box" price, it was a steal I couldn't pass up. Although I've only done 6 loads in it, I already know I'm going to love this machine! |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Weeks Strengths: Its very quit and the design is nice. I'm saving energy and water. Cleans the stains very good. Weaknesses: The only thing that I dont like is the control panel. For me its a little bit akward. Summary: Overall its a very good washer for the price. Bosch surprised me a lot in positive way with this model. I cant say is the best washer but I really think that I would buy Bosch again. |
