Rating: Time with product: 2 Weeks Strengths: Easy for non-gamers. For kids or adults. Weaknesses: gamers should not buy this game. Summary: I enjoy play this game. I have play it over 2 hours and have not finish the game like one of the reviews said. Maybe that is because I watch the videos that they play or I am just not in a big hurry to bet it. If you the the Ice age movie and not a big gamer like me then you will love it. |

Rating: Time with product: 2 Strengths: Fun, brings back some of the fun elements of the movie Weaknesses: Not a lot of replay value, controls don't really take advantage of Wii controllers yet, Summary: To be honest, this game is probably better off as a rental than a title that you add to the library. Generally, you can say that about most 'movie' video games, but it's still an OK game. If you go into it without great expectations, you'll probably be OK. Having said that, it probably won't get tons of replay, so it may be better to rent it for a week before buying. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Fun platforming romp for kids Weaknesses: Nothing amazing Summary: Once you've played Super Mario Sunshine your family might be in the mood for more platforming action on the Wii. While Ice Age 2 is not nearly in the same league as Super Mario Sunshine, it is a solid platformer and probably worth a cheap purchase (it should be $19.99, if not less, most places now), especially if it is for your kids. It will not hold the attention of most adult gamers for long, but is enjoyable enough that you won't mind you kids playing it or giving them the occasional bit of help on a level here or there. |

Rating: Time with product: Strengths: Nice game for kids. Bargain priced Weaknesses: Too short for hardcore gamers Summary: This game is purely targeted for kids. Adults can hardly find any challenges here. Basically you play as Scrat & collect lots of nuts. There are some mini games & small combats but nothing really challenging. The wii motion controls don't really bring a lot to the game & if you have played it on any other console, you are better off staying away from this one. The game is available in bargain bins at many places & for a low price it will be a nice gift for any kid with wii. |

Rating: Time with product: 3 Months Strengths: Simple and easy game to play for kids. Weaknesses: Only drawback is that veterans can easily finish this game in a couple of hours. Summary: If you enjoyed the movie, you'll love the game. It's a great looking game and it looks better than the Gamecube version of it. It's not as good looking as the Xbox version though. In the game, you'll be playing mostly as Scrat. You'll also see Sid, Manfred and Diego as well. This game might be such a good choice for veteran gamers though. If you're a veteran player, rent it first before you consider buying this game. |
