The 2 GB HyperX PC2-9600 DDR2 SDRAM DIMM Memory Module Kit from Kingston is a kit of two 128Mx64-bit 1 GB memory modules, based on sixteen 64 M x 8-bit DDR2 FBGA components per module. The SPD (Serial Presence Detect) is programmed to JEDEC standard latency 800 MHz timing of 5-5-5-15 at 1.8 V. Each 240-pin DIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8 V. It features high performance heat spreaders and double-data-rate architecture with two data transfers per clock cycle.
