I kept the fan on most of the time and I barely noticed the fan's noise. The noise at level 3 setting is too high for me, but still relatively low for day time. highly recommended.

Comparing it to traditional rotating fan, this fan works as it claimed. Even though it does not help much if it's hot, but it does help distribute the temperature evenly. this fan really blows. highly recommended.
