Weaknesses: A/C CORD COULD BE LONGER.

Summary: OVERALL THE PRODUCT IS SATISFACTORY. WORKS BEST ON A PRE WAXED FLOOR. THE STEAM MOP WILL NOT GET OUT GROUND IN DIRT & STAINS. IT DOES WHAT IT'S SUPPOSED TO DO AS LONG AS YOU DON'T EXPECT TOO MUCH!

Strengths: Easy to put together. Easy to use. Great job cleaning floors!

Weaknesses: I don't see any weakness to this product.

Summary: I use a Swiffer cleaner on my floors but was worried that my floors were not getting clean. I bought the Steamboy Steam Mop and went over the kitchen (hardwood) floor right after using the Swiffer on the floor. The Steamboy Steam Mop picked up dirt that the Swiffer did not. The hardwood floor was clean and shiny!

Strengths: Light, easy to use, ready to use very quickly.

Weaknesses: Handle is a bit short when you are bending over to use the second handle (above the water container) to help run along the floor.

Summary: So far, I really like this product. It was recommended to me by a friend. Dries quickly and very easy to use -- much more so than a mop and bucket. As mentioned, when first using (before the mop pad is very wet), it's a bit hard to just use the top handle on my wood floors. So during this initial time, I use the second handle with the top handle to move it more quickly over my floor. This caused a bit of a backache, so I wish the handles were positioned a bit higher. However, once the pad is wet, it's pretty easy to move across the floor.

Weaknesses: You get what you pay for!

Summary: This steam cleaner is worthless!Save your money for a more expensive model that really works. Gives off little puffs of steam. Works for 20 min tops then stops working. Sent it back to the manufacturer and they say it works just the way it is designed to. AND it only took 3 WEEKS for them to figure that out before returning it to me!!!
