Summary: My toaster sucked. No, it really did, it was more like a food drier & burner.My parents have had this for a year or so, and the food that comes out of here is, for lack of a better word, "perfect."

Summary: I bought this Oven when I was remodeling my kitchen and I had to get all stainless steel appliances. This sanyo worked perfectly for me from day one. The design is also nice since it is not very bulky and does not take too much counter space.

Summary: I've owned many toaster ovens over the years. They are offer a lot of convenience for cooking small items or for reheating leftovers. But, typically they do only a marginal job when it comes to making toast. Well, that is not the case for the Sanyo SK-VF7S...it can do it all. It "oven" features work very well and are controlled by simple and intuitive controls. And the toast, well it is done to perfection. You simply tell it how many slices of bread you have inserted (on the keypad), adjust the darkness level (knob) and push start. What comes out is perfection (to a toast-lover), it is crispy and brown on the outside and yet not overly dry on the inside. Now, put together with a good cup of coffee and you have the start of a very good day!
