Summary: It has enough space to store your documents and valuables. It is very heavy and needs two adults to carry. It has double lock system (Electronic and manual). It is firesafe and water resistant which is good because when home is on fire water would be used so you would be secure either way. I wanted to have a firesafe with waterproof but could not find any suitable product so this is the closest match I can have. I liked the file rack to accomodate hanging files and a multi-positioned drawer to store small valuables. in case if you want to floor safe, it comes with bolts. I had a problem opening the safe for the first time but customer service call resolved the issue. There customer servece took about 15 minutes to come online so be prepare to wait in case you need them.
