Time with product: 10 Months
Strengths: Great value, works well
Weaknesses: none
Summary: Our filtered water comes out with much stronger force now that we've replaced it with a new filter. There isn't any other choice for our refrigerator but I find that this type of filter is much easier to replace than the filters that are stored underneath the main appliance body.

Time with product:
Strengths: Water is very pure. No mineral taste.
Weaknesses: life of cartridge is too short.
Summary: The removal and replacement of the filter is effortless. I had no problem with the installation. The quality of the water is much better than tap water. There is no after taste. The only negative comment that I have about the product is that I would like the life of the water filter to be at least nine months if not a year.

Time with product:
Strengths: Improved construction (and smaller) over prior GWF01 model
Weaknesses: Expense
Summary: Purchased this 3 pack of MWF filters to replace my GWF01 filter in my GE refrigerator. Merchant shipped as a "2-pack" + 1, so not sure there's an official "3-pack" out there.Little bit smaller than the GWF01, but seems like a sturdier plastic, and it's nice it doesn't take up as much space in the fridge. So far does what it should -- filter water. Wish they'd get the prices on these a little more reasonable, but a 3-pack like this can help save a few dollars over time over buying and shipping 1 at a time as needed.Do quite enjoy filtered water from the fridge itself -- MUCH much better than trying to filter via something at the kitchen faucet, for example.
