Strengths: Light weight, never lose power, long hose
Weaknesses: seems fragil, expensive
Summary: I bought this vacuum for home purposes and clean areas hard to reach because of the height. I does not disappointment. The hose is long; however it does not come with other accessories in order to clean small items or furniture. In addition, it has great suction and power... easy to clean and maintenance, no use bags and filter can be wash in the sink. Sometimes, I believe I can break it in the moment I try it came back to the upright way. I always have to check the lock for keeping upright.

Strengths: Light, powerful, easy to maneuver
Weaknesses: None I can think of - a bit pricey I guess
Summary: This vacuum is great. It is lightweight powerful and the ball makes it easy to maneuver. My wife says that a woman definitely designed it because everything is exactly where it should be for easy usage. It is a bit expensive, I got mine at a great price so that made it easier to pay for.

Time with product: 14 Days
Strengths: Lightweight, Small, easy to put together
Weaknesses: Easily clogged.
Summary: I purchased my Dyson a two weeks ago and I have to say I love it. I live in a older house that is on the small side and the dyson whips in and around making what used to be a chore something I enjoy doing. It is so lightweight it just glides across the floor with no effort from me. The one problem I encountered was the first day. It sucked up a small piece of cardboard from the box that it came in. As I was using it I noticed that it really was not picking up anything so I stopped and it was clogged because of the piece of cardboard. It came apart very easily so I was able to clear it and have not had any problems since. My previous machine was a Kirby which was great but weighed a ton! I highly recommend this Dyson for people in tight living quarters if you have a large house you would do better with a larger machine.

Strengths: Great suction, easy to empty, clean, and maintain.
Weaknesses: Attachments. Pivot feature takes some getting used to.
Summary: This vacuum is great. Granted, I am upgrading from a Roomba (and not another upright), but the difference is very noticeable. The Dyson picks up fine particles that my Roomba doesn't.It could use nicer attachments, but that's just a nitpick. The pivot head is a nice feature, but can be hard to use at first. Of course you can always push it in a straight line like a normal vacuum with no difficulty.Excellent vacuum and well worth the price.
